PEPPERMINT HEAVEN

Wow it seems so early for Christmas settings don't you think...it's never too early for peppermint...
I hope you love Peppermint as much as I do..... There is nothing happier then red and white stripes.... except maybe red white and blue stripes....

I love this Christmas set of dishes....I think I love the cute deep bowls, the huge dinner plate and of course I love the wording on the dishes...There are coffee mugs that go with the set that are not shown in this setting... I always think these dishes look current and simple but ample and sturdy...I think the design will hold up for many years...

One of my funnest treasures is the candycane ladle....soooo cute...found it at the GW for 2.00...I have never seen one like it....

You may remember the glassware with the tiny candy canes embeded in the glass...sooo cute

This flatware is a favorite of mine...it was 10.00 at GW they are three styles together and are engraved with B..and they are a heavy silverplate.....I really like the knives...there is a service for 6... Although the B does not fit our family...I love the uniqueness of old engraved silver....

The place card holders and napkin rings are from Pottery Barn a few years ago....

Red snowflake napkins are from Target and the stripped ones are from TJ Maxx a few years ago...

This is going to be an early dinner so we will get a chance to light our candles...

Santa loves to watch over it all...

Time for our peppermint punch..it has a little seven up in it and it is delicious.

This snowflake water pitcher is from Pottery Barn a couple of years ago....and is perfect for the punch...

Yes...Mr. S. you will be sitting here....

ho ho ho

Tina is warching from the wall....

Yoy've gotta have santa near when there is peppermint around, he can always smell it...

And he always brings his own....I believe this says it all believe cause it tis the season for ho ho ho.....

Thank you all for joining me thid week, and thank you for following me...Please leave me a comment so I know what you think, and if you have have any questions I will be happy to get back to you...Phyllis

I will be attaching to naps on the porch for tablescape thurs.
